The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) launches Directors' Training Programme (DTP) duly approved by Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). DTP will be a four day certification programme planned to be conducted in two sessions of two days each. The first of such session will be held on January 21 and 22, 2013 in Lahore.

The directors of listed companies would be encouraged to attend the programme specially designed to meet mandatory the directors training requirement under Code of Corporate Governance. The programme will broadly cover essential principles and practices of corporate governance, applicable corporate laws, business & financial management and corporate and sustainability reporting.-PR
